The rotating handle prevents a fault caused by the external impact and vibration of a pipe in advance using the fixed device of an internal gear, and controls opening and closing of a valve.

The shape, design and color of a lever-type handle are selected considering the convenience of a user. The disk and handle are directly connected using bolts so that they prevent the separation of a handle by vibration of a pipe. In addition, the stopper is constructed to control closing and opening.
