There is an increase in the demand for the Mechanical Seal Mixer, which can adapt to Chemical and Biomedical Reaction Baths, and various sensitive machine equipments. Until just recently, it was difficult to follow regular inspections and servicing because the disassembly and reassembly times of the Mechanical Seal Mixer were too long.
Our latest product, the E-TOP Mixer with capacity ranging from 0.75kW to 75kW, which is a perpendicular mixer that can adapt to all types of Reducers, Transmission, and Motors. There are 6 series made according to the Frame Size, and 2 models in each of these series are grouped according to the Driving Shaft Diameter.
The Mixers are dived into 6 stages according to the Torque. Thus, a total of 12 models have just been released to the market. It is possible to carry out regular inspections without having to split any electric wires or alter the position of the Mechanical Seal Mixer, irrespective of its size. The E-TOP Mixer that has the attachment of the Mechanical Seal, which can be disassembled, has the following 6 main characteristics.

1)	Through the side Frame with a unique sleeve design, the movement range of the Mixing and Driving Shaft is reduced by numerous millimeters.
2)	The Mechanical Seal can be disassembled through the side of the Frame, so that the upper capacity is not needed. Therefore, the capacity cannot only be used effectively, but also increased the safety by eliminating any highly positioned operations.
3)	Disassembly and Reassembly do not require any additional equipment. Every component of the Mechanical Seal can be disassembled with basic equipments that are attached to the Frames.
4)	The centering job is not required as Spigot Joint System is applied to each Mixer units.
5)	Predictable inspections are possible due to the disassembling possibility of the Mechanical Seal.
6)	Contrasting to the present mixers, each part, such as Reducing Gear, Bearing, and Seal are designed individually, thus allowing for easy maintenance and repairs.
