All series adopts the Flange Motor, which do not need any Pinion gap adjustments. In addition, all mixer series use high precision gears that equates to long-life cycle and incredibly silent operations.
To maintain the uniformity and safety of the products, we have chosen the method of mass-production. We have improved every aspect of function, application, and economics by standardizing various components of Frames.
As they are compact and lightweight, they can easily be delivered, installed and detached, and can also be attached directly to the support stands without any difficulties. And the angle of the mixer can be readily adjusted in horizontal and vertical directions as well.
As the sealed bearing supports the mixing shaft, virtually all problems of grease leakage is entirely eliminated, and never requires any oiling.
It protects the bearings from irruption of vapor and different substances, and waterdrop splashes during operations, which may cause damage and corrosion to the parts.
SHAFT·PROPELLER can be easily disassembled from the mixing shift by the Set Bolt. Therefore, the material of the SHAFT·PROPELLER can be chosen, depending on the properties of the liquid. The standard materials are SUS304.SUS316 and other materials can be selected.
SP PROPELLER was developed by pursuing the characteristics of Fluid Engineering. This SP PROPELLER revolutionizes the mixing effects, and increases the mixing quantities as well.(The type of the Impeller is selected depending on the purpose, quantity, and property of mixing.)
