* SERVING LINED SYSTEM : Matching to most ratings of the lined system, 3Z provides almost all the requirements. 2-ways, multi-ways, 150/300 class, PFA/FEP Teflon lining, ANSI/JIS/DIN, etc. Ask us. We have them all.

* CORROSION FIGHTER : 3Z LINED valves always win any corrosion. They never fail. This is because PFA, FEP Teflon
lining material has a non-corrosion capability. 3Z valves are fully lined with these material over 3mm thickness at all wetted parts.

* 3Z FEATURES : The basic triple zero functions are maintained as with the 3Z SLEEVED valves.

* NO DISTORTION, LONG LIFE : Linings never displace and give many long years of good performance. This is because the lining materials are firmly melted in the cast dove tail recesses and machined grooves on internal surfaces of the body. For lining of plug, the lining material penetrates between inside and outside, through machined holes on the walls, to firmly hold together.
This looked-lining feature makes the valve immune to liner shrinkage relative dimensional changes, blowout or collapse when used in high vacuum, high pressure and high temperature variations.

* HIGH QUALITY : Firm and constant quality control is maintained to design, to produce, to check the material and to build the parts and the finished valves to surpass quality requirements stipulated in ASTM, ANSI, MSS, API and other various standards.

* LASTING BODY/PLUG MATERIALS : 3Z LINED valves last longer. Never become fragile from temperature changes. Even in very corrosive outside environments 3Z LINED valves last a lifetime. This is because 3Z LINED valves use steel, carbon steel and alloy steel, for the metal integrity parts. No irons. Why irons in steel piping?
