Features
it has been hard to attach lining onto the complicated shaped small vessel, strainer, valve, acid-resistant pump, fitting and filter housing. This process is useful to apply lining onto these housings 3 to 5mm thick using ETFE, PP and PE through the rotary molding lining process. Since no primer is used in this process and the lining is applied through a thermal melting method under unloaded conditions, the adhering strength is so strong that it is impossible to manually detach the lining. This is a very advanced process to be useful in vacuum.
